About Naixiang

At Expressive Wellness Therapy Singapore, we believe that everyone has the potential to cultivate emotional resilience through expressive activities. We provide a safe and supportive environment for our clients to explore their creative potential and learn to adapt and flow. Our therapy sessions and workshops are designed to help you discover new ways of expressing yourself and finding joy in the process. Our main facilitator is Naixiang. He has done INTERMODAL EXPRESSIVE ARTS therapy training at Arts, Health and Society Division, The European Graduate School. He is also a Registered Social Worker (RSW-2471) with the Singapore Social Work Accreditation and Advisory Board.

Expressive Therapy Session

Our expressive therapy sessions are designed to help you tap into your creativity and explore your emotions. Our experienced therapists will guide you in using art, music, movement, and other creative activities to express yourself and gain insight into your feelings.

Emotional Resilience Workshop

Our emotional resilience workshops are a fun and interactive way to learn new skills and techniques for coping with stress and adversity. Through a variety of expressive activities, you'll learn how to build your emotional resilience and develop a positive mindset.

Mindfulness and the arts

We blend the ideas of being present with our creative and play process as a concrete way to practicing mindfulness techniques that can help you reduce stress, improve focus, and increase your overall sense of well-being.
